Booking/Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations

When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Please ensure you let us know by phone as soon as you know you will not be able to make it to free the slot and arrange a new date.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full fee. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late for your appointment, we will still try to accommodate you provided that we are not seeing the next client directly after you. Otherwise, your session will only run until the original booking finish time, and you will be charged the full fee.

Early Arrivals

If you arrive early for your appointment and the clinic is open, please come inside and take a seat whilst we conclude the previous session. If the clinic is not open, we will come out and meet you at your car at your appointed time.

Payment

Payment is required ahead of treatment to secure your appointment. Payment can be made when booking online or paid via cash or bank transfer (details available upon request)

COVID-19 Advice

Before you leave your home, please check your temperature, and consider if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. If you are, please postpone or cancel your appointment.

By agreeing to treatment, you agree with the following statements:

  • There has not been in contact with anyone with COVID-19, in the last 14 days, to your knowledge.
  • There have not been any symptoms: dry cough, temp over 37.8°C, loss of smell and/or taste.

Should you contract the virus, you must inform the therapist as soon as possible. Should you contract the virus, we are obliged to inform NHS Track & Trace.

If you are a first-time client, your pre-session consultation may now take place via the phone or video conferencing – rather than face to face. A consultation form will be emailed for completion before the visit.

If you are an existing client, there will be a short update consultation – to see how you have been since pre lockdown and whether you have any COVID-19 issues. This could be via phone or video conferencing.

There will also be a consent form to complete regarding exposure to COVID-19. If you are considered a high-risk client, it may not be possible to massage you at this time.

All consultation & consent documents can be signed & brought on the day or emailed beforehand. Please bring your own pen if you need one.

Please also bring your own water – so we do not use any glassware.

Please wear easy to remove clothes. You will be given a container in which to put them when you undress. Please avoid wearing jewellery as this makes the process simpler.

The massage table will have been thoroughly disinfected. The linens are all clean, and you will be encouraged to wear a mask. The therapist will be using personal protective equipment – until the requirement relaxes.

When the massage is over, please leave all the linens, towels, etc. on the table. Put your clothes back on and exit again without touching anything.
